PHANTOM 2026-1 ABS
Fexco Aviation Services (“Fexco”) is proud to support the successful formation of the aviation Asset‑Backed Securitisation Phantom 2026‑1 Aviation Limited and joint issuer Phantom 2026‑1 Aviation LLC. This landmark transaction, backed by more than $700 million in aircraft assets, generated strong market demand and achieved highly attractive pricing. Proceeds were used to refinance a high‑quality portfolio of 16 commercial aircraft.
We are pleased to continue our partnership with the High Ridge Aviation Group, who will act as Servicer for the structure. This transaction highlights Fexco’s end‑to‑end capabilities — from initiating the warehouse facility through to managing the ABS execution.
Our sincere thanks to all partners and stakeholders for their collaboration and trust. Deutsche Bank served as lead structuring agent and joint lead bookrunner; Citigroup Global Markets Inc. as co‑structuring agent and joint lead bookrunner; Wells Fargo as active joint lead bookrunner; and Crédit Agricole Securities, PNC Capital Markets LLC, and RBC Capital Markets as joint lead bookrunners. Crédit Agricole is the liquidity facility provider, and Citibank, N.A. acts as trustee. Milbank acted as Legal Counsel to Phantom and KPMG was tax and structuring advisor.
